deckenpost is your new, sustainable washing and delivery service for horse blankets, feed and other riding supplies. We pick up your dirty horse clothes for free at your riding stable and clean them professionally with skin-friendly detergent at a fair price. We bring the clean things and feed back to the yard every week for free. This way you can spend more time with your horse and don't have to spend time running errands or doing laundry.

Our sewing service
Got caught on a branch while riding out? No problem, we sew or mend burst seams or holes in your horse blanket in our laundry and usually bring it back to your riding stable after two weeks. Simply book the repair via our online store.

Out of love for the horses and the environment, we use only sustainable as well as animal-free washing and waterproofing agents. The OEKO-TEX certified products have an excellent skin compatibility due to their sensitive and allergen-free formula. They not only protect your horse, but also the blanket fabric and make your blanket breathable, abrasion resistant and water and dirt repellent.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to sign up for a subscription?
No. The registration and the delivery service are free for you. You only give us what you need to wash and you only pay for what you order. Completely flexible: no subscription, no hidden costs. We don't tell you about the horse.
Do you also come by just for a bandage?
We come to your yard weekly and take all the bags at the collection point, even if there is only one bandage in it. Check with your riding yard to see what day of the week we will be there to pick up linens.
Is there a minimum order value?
Our pickup and delivery service to your riding center is always free to you and there is no minimum order value.
Where will my bag be picked up?
There is a designated blanket mail collection point at your riding stable where our driver will pick up your bag every week.
Can I get a second bag if I have a lot to wash?
Till when do I have to deliver my laundry?
In order for our route planning to be optimal and efficient, we ask that you place your order at least 24 hours before the pickup. Orders placed on the day of pickup can unfortunately only be scheduled into our route one week later.
Are pickup and delivery always free?
Yes, all pickups and deliveries to or from your riding school are free of charge. Thanks to our smart logistics concept, you only pay for the washing of your horse clothes or other horse products.
Where will my clothes be washed?
We have our own laundry with industrial washing machines specially designed for cleaning horse blankets. This way we can ensure proper care. Before washing, the horse clothes are pretreated and dehaired by our staff. After washing, we dry the blankets on our professional horse blanket dryer.
What happens if my blanket is lost or damaged?
We attach great importance to the careful handling of your property and make sure that nothing happens. However, if exceptionally a part should be damaged or lost in the machine, we will of course replace it through our insurance. Your things are always in the best hands with us, we promise.
What happens with my data?
Your personal data will be stored in accordance with data protection regulations and will only be used for our cover mail service.
