The combination of ingredients provides optimal support for the horse's musculoskeletal system. MSM is an organic sulfur that can be easily absorbed by the horse. Sulfur strengthens muscle, ligaments and tendons and is essential for enzymes, amino acids and hormones. In addition, sulfur, like salicylic acid, has an anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect and helps with inflammatory musculoskeletal conditions such as spavin, navicular inflammation and osteoarthritis. Salicylic acid is converted from salicin contained in willow bark in the digestive tract.
Glucosamine for the joints
An important building block for a functioning musculoskeletal system is glucosamine. It is a component of joint fluid, connective tissue and cartilage and is produced by the body itself.
